SmartAdz is a division of DM Graphics Inc, a print and marketing company specializing in direct mail since 1980. SmartAdz was created to provide direct mail services to local small business owners who are looking to advertise their products and services to their community at affordable rates.

What Is A MegaCard?

A MegaCard is a multi-business, shared community card that is mailed by Canada Post to a targeted audience of about 10,000 middle to high income homes in your local community. Depending on the size, it contains up to 16 spaces of small, medium and large ads on the front and back of the card. It is printed on a high quality 14pt card stock and protected with a high gloss coating.

What Is Special About MegaCards?

Because the cost is shared by many businesses, the cost of advertising is reduced significantly. Among other benefits, it features 100% exposure, unlike ads inside magazines, and a large size that immediately stands out in the mailbox.

In addition, since there are up to 16 different industries on the card, chances are much better that a local homeowner will hang on to the card for an extended period of time. This makes the card especially “fridgeworthy.”

Can My Competitors Advertise On The Card?

No, not on the same card as you. Ads are limited to only one industry per card. Spots on subsequent cards are determined by first come, first served, or if you contract for multiple cards.

Do I Need To Design My Own Ad?

No, we will design your ad at no additional cost. All we need are a few details about your business and your promo offer, and we will put it together for you. If you do design your own ad, it will need to be in print-ready format.

Are There Any Additional Costs?

No, the price to get a spot on the card includes design, printing and postage. HST is extra.

Do You Provide Any Other Services?

If it has anything to do with direct mail, we can do it – postcards, solo mailers, personalized mail packages, etc. This includes data preparation, postal sortations, offset, digital and Variable Data Printing (VDP), and delivery by Canada Post. Over the years, we have produced and mailed millions of packages, both in Canada and USA.

Can I Get A Refund If I Change My Mind?

If the card has been printed or mailed, unfortunately no. If your ad has been designed by us and the card is not yet printed, there is a $100 design fee and the remainder will be refunded. If no design has been created by us and the card has not been printed or gone to print, you will receive a 100% refund.
